At Omron Aesthetic Laser Institute, it is our primary goal to ensure you have a pleasant and satisfying experience. Please review our practice policies to ensure you are prepared for your visit prior to scheduling an appointment.
Omron Aesthetic Laser Institute provides services that cater to adults. Medical treatments will be performed only on clients who are at least 18 years of age. Exceptions may be made for some facial clients as young as 14, with parental consent.
In order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere and be courteous to all of our guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing children under the age of 14 to any appointment. If children under the age of 14 are present, we may automatically reschedule your appointment at our own discretion.
Reservations and Appointment Changes
A credit card is required to reserve and hold your appointment. As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling requests. Cancellations and appointment changes within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show will result in a $50 fee.
You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation, no-show, or last-minute reschedule. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree with our scheduling policy.
Please plan for adequate time to make it to your appointment. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to check-in. Late arrivals may be subject to rescheduling and can shorten your treatment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests may be submitted via email or voicemail if you are unable to reach us by phone. Clients arriving 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be considered a “no-show” and the cancellation fee will apply.
For new clients, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out new patient paperwork.

We try to minimize discomfort during your visit, but some treatments may be more uncomfortable than others. For this reason, we provide a complimentary topical anesthetic for patients for application in office prior to treatment.
Product Return Policy
We do not accept returns on prescription or used products. Returns of unused, unopened products in original condition and packaging will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date with a receipt.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.
